We pay a $1000 referral fee to anyone (and we do mean anyone!) who successfully refers to us a Buyer of co-ownership real estate. It is done strictly according to our rules.

We proudly call a person making such a referral a divieight Advocate! And we are most happy to pay that referral fee again and again.

It doesn’t matter where that person lives. Nor does it matter the location of the co-ownership real estate transaction.

Think about this: maybe you know someone who fancies the idea of owning a second home. Well, by all means, give us their name. Why? Because we’ll pay you $1000.

That’s right! We’ll pay you $1000 just for successfully making a referral. But, it must be done using our form because we simply must keep good records. So, here is our Advocate Referral Form.

And Hey, We Also Use the Term “Elite Advocate”

You should probably sit down for this one. We guarantee you, you are going to want to share this because it is something you have never heard before.

Just imagine that you introduced the Advocate idea to someone that you know across town or across the country. You might do it by simply sharing a link to our referral video.

Well, if that person made a referral thus becoming one of our Advocates, we would pay that person $1000. And we’d pay you $500! That’s what we mean by Elite Advocate (someone who refers, or recruits, an Advocate).
