Step 1 of 3 · For agents
Choose your level.
Every level is fully refundable, for any reason, within sixty days of your most recent payment. A market opening does not shorten it. Each level is bought by one licensed agent — there are no seats and no firm membership.

A membership is not the platform use fee. That fee is a one-time separate charge, in a different amount, paid by a buyer at enrollment after a market opens. Your membership buys training, the designation and your market's reporting — never placement, ranking or a listing. divieight charges no lead fee and takes no share of your commission.
What you are buying, and what you are not
You are buying training, a designation issued on passing its assessment, and reporting on the market you name. No level buys visibility. There is no directory, no ranking, no badge on a buyer-facing profile, and no placement of any kind that money affects.
If your market has not opened within twelve months of your payment, you can have all of it back.
Eight licensed agents is a market's entire agent requirement, alongside twenty buyers and two title or escrow firms. Meeting all three flags the market for review; opening it remains a decision we make.
