Request a refund

Every contribution is fully refundable on request, for any reason, within a window that runs from your most recent payment — thirty days at Tier 1, forty-five at Tier 2, sixty at Tier 3, seventy-five at Tier 4. Your market opening does not shorten it. There are no partial refunds and no forfeiture.

Only relevant if your window has closed. Waitlist Terms §8.4 keeps a refund available to you for at least thirty days after that notice. Leave it unchecked if it doesn't apply — it changes nothing for a request inside your window.

Invited, not required. It will not affect your refund.

Submitting the form is what creates the record.

What happens when you refund

The full amount you paid goes back to your original payment method.
Your tier benefits and portal access end.
Your credit toward the platform use fee is cancelled.
Anything you uploaded is deleted.

Ten business days. That is our side of it. Your card issuer decides how long the money then takes to show up, and we cannot speed that up.

After your window closes, contributions become non-refundable, the pre-launch services having been delivered. We give notice before that date.

One exception: if we substitute a benefit and you don't accept the substitution, you may request a full refund even after your window has closed. The notice of substitution states how long you have, and it is never less than thirty days.

A waitlist contribution is not the platform use fee.
