Request a refund

Every contribution is fully refundable on request, for any reason, within a window that runs from your most recent payment — forty-five days at Tier 1 and sixty at Tier 2. Your market opening does not shorten it. There are no partial refunds and no forfeiture.

Only relevant if your window has closed. Waitlist Terms §8.5 keeps a refund available to you for at least thirty days after that notice. Leave it unchecked if it doesn't apply — it changes nothing for a request inside your window.

What happens when you refund

The full amount you paid goes back to your original payment method.
Your tier benefits and portal access end.
Anything you uploaded is deleted.

Ten business days. That is our side of it. Your card issuer decides how long the money then takes to show up, and we cannot speed that up.

After your window closes, contributions become non-refundable, the pre-launch services having been delivered. We give notice before that date. Two exceptions follow, and both are asked for through this form.

If your market has not opened twelve months after your most recent payment, your contribution becomes fully refundable again on that date — the whole of it, at any tier, however long ago you paid. Waitlist Terms §8.4. It stays open for as long as the market has not opened, and ends thirty days after it opens.

If we substitute a benefit and you don't accept the substitution, you may request a full refund even after your window has closed. Waitlist Terms §8.5. The notice of substitution states how long you have, and it is never less than thirty days.

A waitlist contribution is not the platform use fee.
