I understand that registering on the divieight title and escrow interest registry is free and creates no business relationship between my firm and divieight, LLC. I understand that registration does not make my firm a partner, preferred provider, or default title provider for the divieight platform; does not grant exclusivity or territorial rights; and does not obligate divieight or any platform participant to direct any title order, escrow file, or other settlement business to my firm. I understand that any future business relationship would require a separate written agreement, and that no such agreement exists or is promised by this registration.

What it does not provide. No partnership, joint venture, agency, or preferred-provider relationship. No exclusivity, territorial rights, or protected status. No obligation on divieight, any buyer, seller, or agent to place a title order with your firm. No priority or preference in any business the platform may generate.

A market activates when twenty verified buyers, eight licensed agents, and two registered title or escrow firms are in place. Registration counts toward operational readiness only — it does not activate a market, does not indicate one will activate, and does not indicate that any file will be directed to your firm.
